Privacy Policy
Summary
Dark Metric Trends is a visualization component for Google Looker Studio. It does not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal data. It runs entirely inside Looker Studio's sandboxed rendering environment on your own browser.
What data the component processes
The component only receives the specific fields (one date dimension and up to six metrics) that you drop into the chart inside your own Looker Studio report. It uses those values solely to draw the chart in your browser. It has no access to any other data in your data source.
Where the data goes
Nowhere. Google Looker Studio runs community visualizations inside a sandboxed iframe governed by a Content Security Policy that blocks all requests to external servers. The component therefore cannot send your data to Beards Analytics or any third party. No analytics, tracking pixels, cookies or local storage are used by the component.
Hosting
The component's code (JavaScript, configuration, styles and icon) is hosted on Google Cloud Storage. When you add the visualization, Looker Studio loads these static files. No request from the running chart reaches our servers.

Your control
Community visualizations can be disabled at the data-source level in Looker Studio at any time by the report or data-source owner. Removing the chart removes the component entirely.
